The goal

Solid Perfumes imports and distributes fragrance in Sri Lanka, and it is my own company. The shop had been running since 2024 and it worked, but it looked like the theme it was built on rather than like us, and it was hard to move around for someone who did not already know what they wanted. I wanted a storefront that read like a fragrance shop instead of a generic catalogue, and one the team could keep current without asking a developer every time a price moved.

What it is

A full redesign of an existing WooCommerce store. I took a new premium theme, rebuilt the storefront on it — the landing page, the brand and category pages, the way products are grouped and browsed — added features on top, and did the on-page SEO work. The underlying store had been built and hosted by a developer friend in 2024; I did not build it from scratch and I do not run the server.
