Maintenance is capped so it never crowds out build work — if I cannot take your plan on, I will say so rather than take the money.
The things people ask before they order.
Who owns the hosting and the domain?
You do, from day one. I register them in your name, on your own accounts wherever the provider allows it, and hand over every login at the end. You can take the site to another developer without needing anything from me.
Do I have to supply the content?
Yes — the text, images and your logo, before the build starts. Missing content is the single biggest cause of delay, so I send a short written list of exactly what I need up front and tell you what is still outstanding.
How do revisions work?
One consolidated round at a time. You collect your changes and send them together, then I work through the whole set. That is faster than a trickle of one-line messages, and it keeps the scope visible to both of us.
How long does it take?
A six-page business site is usually about a week from the day I have your content. A single landing page is a few days; a larger build with a shop or an app is nearer a fortnight. The date goes in writing with the quote.
What happens after delivery?
You get your logins, a written guide and a video walkthrough, plus 30 days of free fixes for anything in scope that breaks. After that a care plan is optional — it is never switched on automatically.
Have something in mind?
Tell me what the site needs to do and I'll reply within one business day — with a straight answer, even if that answer is "you don't need me for this."
