I build the systems my own business runs on. Now I build them for yours.
I run an import and distribution company here in Sri Lanka. I redesigned its storefront, built the product guide its customers use in store, and built the ordering system its team starts using in September.
That is not a side note on a CV. Running it taught me what business software actually has to survive: real deadlines, staff who have not got time to learn a clever interface, customers on old phones, and a connection that drops halfway through an order. Software that only works in ideal conditions is not finished.
SolidStack Labs does that work for other businesses now. It is deliberately small — one person, a direct line, no account managers and no handing your project to someone junior once the contract is signed. I would rather do fewer jobs properly than run a queue.
How I work with AI
I build with modern AI tooling in my workflow, which means senior-level speed on boilerplate and more of the budget spent on the parts that need a human: understanding your business, design judgement, testing on real devices, and support after launch. Every line that ships is reviewed, tested and owned by me.
