The goal

The distribution side of the business runs on people who are out on the road all day. Orders taken on paper get re-keyed later, which costs time and introduces mistakes, and the rest of the workflow — who ordered what, what is outstanding, what has been delivered — lives across notebooks and messages. This replaces that with one system the reps carry on their own phones.

What it is

A progressive web app that installs to the home screen without an app store, with a separate sign-in for each person rather than a shared login. It is not an order form — it is the whole field-sales system. Reps register shops and leads, log visits, place orders and track what is owed. The catalogue loads and exports by CSV. Orders route to the owner for approval before the warehouse prepares them. Each customer carries a credit limit and a running balance, and a KPI view tracks collections, bookings, active shops and progress against target for every rep. It runs on the company's own Supabase and Vercel accounts. The team starts using it in September, and I will update this page with how it performs once it has been running for a while.

  • The Products screen of the ordering app, showing catalogue management with CSV import and export and category filters.
  • The KPI Command Center header, showing Phase 0 Setup, 1 July to 31 August 2026, and a note that selling and sales targets begin in September 2026.
Pre-launch, in the product's own words.
